Before You Apply
- Start with Your University
(For students from non-ACA-affiliated institutions in the United States only)
Before beginning your application, please contact the Study Abroad Program Coordinator at your home university to confirm your eligibility and discuss participation. This is an essential first step in the process.
- Visa & Travel
If you require a Schengen visa or a student visa, we recommend applying as early as possible. Appointments at local consulates or visa application centers can fill up weeks in advance, so plan accordingly.
- Plan Ahead
Visa processing and travel arrangements take time. To secure your spot and avoid potential delays, we strongly encourage you to complete your registration well before the deadline. We recommend starting at least 3 months in advance!
Serve Locally and Globally
At ESDES, you won’t just study—you’ll make a difference. From volunteering in the Sagunto community to joining international mission trips—like our recent experience in Egypt, where students taught, served, and supported a local church—you’ll have real opportunities to grow, lead, and live out your values through service.
What if your future self could thank you for one decision you made today?
This is the journey of Daniel, a student who dared to say yes — to a new country, a new language, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Watch how it all began.
