Group advisors

Each professor will be in charge of a group of students organized by level. This professor will meet with each student from their group for one hour each week to help the student with any questions they may have regarding class work as well as listen to any doubts or suggestions they may have.

This professor will also be in charge of correcting and informing the students if the daily journals that they must turn in after each cultural tour have been accepted or not.

Regular interviews

The director will have at least one interview per quarter with each student.

Student committee

Each group, established by level, will select a representative who will form a part of the student committee. This committee will be presided by the sub-director of student affairs and will meet once a week.
